Why Start with a No Sweat Intro?

If you started at CrossFit Auburndale within the past 18 month or so, chances are, you probably sat down with one of our coaches for a No Sweat Intro (or NSI).


The NSI is how every single new member starts off with us. During the No Sweat Intro, we ask you questions about your goals, your background, and what you hope to accomplish.


We don't start you off with a free workout. That would be like a doctor writing you a prescription without having any idea why you're there in the first place.


We have many options whether its group fitness, personal training, or nutrition with Healthy Blueprint. We want to make sure we have the most information about you as possible before we prescribe you one of our programs.


We all have different goals. Some of us want to lose weight, some just want to tone up while others want to pack on muscle. Others might just want to improve their mobility and feel better everyday when they wake up.


Many times prospective clients will come in wanting to do group classes but we come to the conclusion that they'd be a better candidate for our Bulletproof program due to their history of back pain.


Maybe someone wants to tone up and they've already been working out at another gym six days a week. That is someone that needs to probably work one on one with Healthy Blueprint instead of adding in even more exercise.
