The plight of the truck driver:


With endless miles ahead and an irregular schedule, it seems impossible to maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road. With the help of CrossFit Auburndale and Healthy Blueprint we're here to help you remotely!


The first step is creating some type of routine that is sustainable in the long run. Between nutrition modifications and daily exercise, you'll be on the fast track to longterm health!


This week we kickoff with 5 workouts that can be done while on the road and a nutrition guide from Healthy Blueprint. Click here to access that.


Workouts will require minimal equipment:


  • A yoga mat or other soft mat

  • A dumbell

  • A kettlebell

  • Resistance bands


Whether you're a former athlete or you're looking to just increase your life expectancy, we've got a plan for you.


We'll take you through 5 workouts this week that can be done anywhere by anyone!


Here is a demonstration video on how to hit the first workout and modifications too.






Workout #1.


3 Sets: (All done with resistance bands)


12 Squats (heavy resistance)


12 Bicep Curls (light resistance)


12 Shoulder Press (medium resistance)



Then, as quickly as possible:


3 times:

Run for 2 minutes

21 Kettlebell Swings

12 Push Ups


Workout #2


As many times as you can in 20 minutes, complete:

5 Push Ups

10 Sit Ups

15 Body Weight Squats


Workout #3


5 Times, as much rest needed between rounds:

Run for 1:00

1:00 Plank

30 Jumping Jacks


Workout #4


Set a timer for 12 minutes and complete the following movements as many times as possible:

15 Squats holding a kettlebell

15 Dumbbell shoulder press (each side)

30 Mountain Climbers


Workout #5


As fast as you can:

30 Squats

Rest 1:00

30 Squats

Rest 1:00

20 Squats w/ kettlebell

Rest 1:00

20 Squats w/ kettlebell

Rest 1:00

Run as far as you can in 4:00



REMEMBER: All of these workouts are scalable, so no pressure if you need to change them to fit your ability level. The key here is to start slow and slowly build!
