We aren’t for everyone. That's why we’re such a tight knit group. We’ve decided that we’re tired of mediocrity. We’re tired of the lies that the fitness industry feeds us about how you can lose weight without effort.
We know that we deserve so much more and that’s why we’ve taken a leap of faith and joined CrossFit.
